Police chase from Cox Rd through Ranlo and around Spencer Mountain ended up on Hickory Grove Rd where the subject side-swipped another vehicle.  The driver of the vehicle that was hit had to be extricated by E-300 and S-309's crews.  Assisted by Stanley Rescue, GEMS and Mt Holly R34
