Call on 6-19-06

On June 19th, 2006, an East Gaston member on his way home reported this fire a little after midnight.  East Gaston E-300, E-303, S-309, Mt Holly E-34 and Community E-323 were dispatched.  Heavy fire was showing from most of the house on arrival.  E-34 arrived and deployed two 1 3/4" lines.  E-303 and E-323 laid a 1500' 5" supply line back to Lane Rd.  The fire was controlled in less than an hour.  The Gaston County Fire Marshall's Office investigated but was unable to determine a cause.  Departments were on scene for about three hours.
